Four IPCIE16XD11-8---Two SFF-8654 4x Receptacle Connectors to PCIe x16 Slot Adapter Board
Four CB-S0036---SFF-8654 4x plug to SFF-8654 4x plug Cable

Please be noted that your mainboard needs to have PCIe bifurcation mode support.
